Our Tour:

At 09:00 hrs. We pick you up at your hotel and transfer by car to the stables where the horses will be ready and start the riding to San Juan Chamula, following the trails through the forest and mountains, arrival to the place where we leave the horses and walk to the center of the town, we have one and a half hour for the visit in order to see the daily life of people specially rituals and ceremonies into the church of Chamula that gives us the idea about the shamanism, religion and Maya cosmogony, after this visit we start the trekking of two hours to Zinacantan through the woods of pine trees, arrival and visit of a family to see women work in textiles using the back strap loom, Maya traditional lunch is included in this house in order to share with the family and to know more about them, taste of the ceremonial drink call pox, visit of the church, the chapel of the authorities, return to San Cristobal using the local transportation, arrival at 15:00 approximately.

This tour in the walk requires good physical condition, they should not have problems walking, without operations on feet, legs and thighs, without heart problems, blood pressure, diabetes. It is not a flat walk, there are ups and downs, rocky, gravel and litter that makes the trail slippery, narrow parts.
